Whether it’s a Physical Readiness Test (PRT), Physical Fitness Test (PFT) or Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA), military men and women are expected to meet certain body fat standards, and can be assigned mandatory physical training as a punishment if they do not meet these standards. Contour Laser Lipo – The Contour laser is a red laser therapy system with a 636 nm wavelength. It uses four sizable pads that are placed on the skin and left on for 30 minutes. Cryolipolysis & Body Sculpting
Cryolipolysis uses freeze technology, it works by cooling the area you would like to target to -5 degrees. The fat cells which are more susceptible to the cold go through apoptosis. The cells die and your body flushes the dead cells from your body through your lymphatic system. Results are more visibly apparent after 3 weeks and at 3 months you will see the full result. Your body needs time to naturally dispose of the dead cells and therefore takes longer to show results.
Ultrasonic or Ultrasound Cavitation
Ultrasonic or ultrasound cavitation is the process of breaking down fat cells under the skin using ultrasound technology. This non-surgical method can help reduce cellulite and localised fat.
